{"id":1831,"date":"2019-07-01T09:57:27","date_gmt":"2019-07-01T07:57:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.smile-interreg.eu\/?p=1831"},"modified":"2025-05-08T14:28:45","modified_gmt":"2025-05-08T12:28:45","slug":"info-day-primary-health-care-accessible-to-all","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.smile-interreg.eu\/bg\/2019\/07\/01\/info-day-primary-health-care-accessible-to-all\/","title":{"rendered":"Info Day \u201cPrimary Health Care Accessible to All\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>More than 100 participants, were informed about the objectives, actions and results of the SMiLe project, at the Info Day \u201cPrimary Health Care Accessible to All\u201d that took place on 28<sup>th<\/sup> June 2019 at Conference hall at Cultural Centre and Library on Harmanli, Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<p>Among the participants were representatives of the Municipal administration \u2013 Harmanli, Center for Community Support, Registration and Reception Center \u2013 Harmanli, Cultural Center \u2013 Harmanli, Medical hospital for active treatment \u2013 Harmanli, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The event started with the registration of participants, immediately followed by an introduction and welcome words from Mrs. Valentina Dimulska \u2013 Deputy Mayor of Municipality of Harmanli. Mrs. Nina Georgieva \u2013 coordinator of MPHAT Harmanli presented briefly the history and activity of the Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment Harmanli.<\/p>\n<p>The second topic of the day was \u201cPerforming primary examination and providing medical care to persons seeking international protection\u201d with presenter Nurse Veselina Marinova, Senior specialist at Registration and Acceptance Center \u2013 Harmanli at the State Agency for Refugees. A representative from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (beneficiary partner 2 of the project) presented the next topic of the day \u2013 Access of people with disabilities to primary health care.<\/p>\n<p>The info day continued with presentation for Accessibility of public buildings in Bulgaria \u2013 status and perspectives. \u201cPrimary health care in Bulgaria \u2013 status and perspectives\u201d was presented by Mrs. Gabriela Antonova, Programs and projects Manager at Adoria Consult Ltd. \u201cNew global commitment to primary health care\u201d was the last topic of the Info day.
